CRIME ALERT

ATTENTION!
Two men (unknown descriptions) are posing as Real Estate Agents and telling homeowners the Association is requesting appraisals of their homes inside and out. This is NOT TRUE. The VWOA will not appraise your property. This is a scam to get into your homes for illegal purposes. If these people come to your door, do not allow entry and call 9-1-1 immediately.

Incident on Knobsby Way - someone set off firecrackers in front door and then came back another night and kicked at the front door

26 July 2010 - Vehicle broken into on Caversham Pass

The VWOA Office has received several complaints from residents who live in the Royal Oaks and the Oaks about their vehicles becoming the target of eggs and other food items during the hours of darkness
on July 22-23.

If you are a victim of this crime please contact the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office at 335-6000. Unless the Sheriff’s Office knows about what is occurring they won’t know what to look for.

Water Restrictions

Year-round restrictions are currently in affect.
