Residents in good standing with the association can apply for a no-fee permit up to 4:00 PM two days prior to the Estate Sale. The resident is allowed up to five (5) commercially produced signs. The signs must comply with the VWOA Sign Policy. A copy of this policy is located with the Standards policies, which can be found on the Association web site.

The sales hours are limited from dawn until dusk.
The resident is responsible for any other type of advertising they want to do.
Signs are not to be taped, glued, nailed or affixed in any manner to any tree, street sign, light pole, power pole or fence.
Residents are allowed up to five (5) days for the Estate Sale if it is being held outside. More time is allowed if it is being held inside the house, within reason. Auction style Estate Sales are not permitted.
