Exclusive Usage Fees And Other Costs for Community Center Activity Room(s)

Reservation/Damage Deposit - $200 (refundable upon completion of event and return of facility in the pre-event condition.  The refund will be mailed not later than ten business days after the post-event inspection.)

Exclusive Usage Fees
Total Activity Room with Use of Kitchen
Hourly Charge:  $50 per hour (first 4 hours); $40 per hour thereafter.

Half Activity Room with Use of Kitchen
Hourly Charge:  $40 per hour (first 4 hours); $30 per hour thereafter.

Half Activity Room without Use of Kitchen
Hourly Charge:  $30 per hour (first 4 hours); $20 per hour thereafter.

Other Costs
Law enforcement Monitoring Services:
$25 per hour per monitor (mandatory when liquor is served)
0-50 persons—One monitor
51-100 persons—Two monitors
101-138 persons—Three monitors

$25 per hour per monitor (Large Party with 100+ attendees and alcohol-free)
One Monitor

Mandatory Clean Up:  $60 (Full Room) or $45 (Half Room).  In the event the costs of clean up exceed the cleanup fee, any balance will be deducted from the Reservation/Damage Deposit.

Clean up price includes takedown of tables and chairs, cleaning of the area(s) used, kitchen, foyer, restrooms and patio(s).  The same scope of work applies to clean up provided by the resident using the facility.

The facility must be vacated not later than one hour after the end time specified in the contract.

Hours:  The minimum time for rental of any part of the Activity Room is 3 hours.  A free period of 1 hour is available for set-up prior to a function.  Similarly, a free period of 1 hour is available for post-function wrap-up.  Twelve midnight is the mandatory end time for all functions.
