SEASON:	Spring 2012 February 4 - April 7, 2012
ELIGIBILITY:	All Villages of Westcreek Owners’ Association members who are current with Assessments and possess a current ID. Ages 4 to 14, male and female, will be accepted. Non-member guests and friends may participate in VWOA Soccer, paying an additional 10% of registration costs.
REGISTRATION:	Registration Forms and Fees will only be accepted at the Villages of Westcreek Office or in the office drop-box. No registration will be accepted by coaches and/or volunteers. Opens: Monday, January 2, 2012, 9:00 am Closes: Friday, February 3, 2012, 5:00 pmNOTE: Registration ends on the 3rd of February, 2012. Soccer Registration is now closed.

ENTRANCE ONTO LACKLAND AIR FORCE BASE:
In order to receive permission to enter Lackland Air Force Base, the following information will be needed from parents/grandparents wishing to attend games. The information below must be emailed to the Coach of Parks & Recreation, Al Machail (vwoa-se@sbcglobal.net) by February 20, 2012.

FEES:	To include: Jersey and trophy for each participant. $50 For first child registered in the current Spring 2011 Program. $35 For each additional child of the same family registered in the current Spring 2012 Soccer Program. This does not include relatives or friends residing in the same household. No other discounts apply. $35 For each Soccer Volunteer’s child registered in the Spring 2012 Soccer Program. This does not include relatives or friends residing in the same household. No other discounts apply. Coaches and volunteers must be approved by Superintendent of Parks & Recreation before registering child.
REFUNDS:	There will be no refunds once the Soccer Program starts.
WEATHER POLICY:	All practices and/or games will be cancelled due to the following conditions: It is raining. Heavy rains the night and/or day before practice/game and field conditions are unsafe. Please contact your coach to verify. There is lightening present. The temperature is 43º or below.
TEAM SIZE:	Guidelines are 8 players per team allowing for increased participant playing time. If more players are registered in a certain age group, the teams will be larger.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE:

Wednesday night practices will start at 6:00 pm.
Saturday practices will start at 9:00 am.
Saturday games: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
