current with Assessments and possess a current ID. |
| REGISTRATION: |
Registration Forms and Fees will only be accepted at the Villages of Westcreek Office or in
the office drop-box. No registration will be Accepted by coaches and/or volunteers. No registrations will be accepted after closing date.

To include: jersey and trophy for each participant.
$45 For first child registered in the current Winter 2010 Soccer Program.
$30 For each additional child of the same family registered in the current Winter 2010 Soccer Program. This does not include relatives or friends residing in the same household. No other discounts apply.
$30 For each Soccer Volunteer’s child registered in the Winter 2010 Soccer Program. This does not include relatives or friends residing in the same household. No other discounts apply.

| REFUNDS: |
Due to the new fee schedule, there will be no refunds. |
| WEATHER POLICY: |
All practices and/or games will be cancelled due to the following conditions:
- It is raining.
- Heavy rains the night and/or day before practice/game and field conditions are unsafe. Please contact your coach to verify.
- There is lightening present.
- The temperature is 41º or below. We will hold practices and games at 42º.

Each player will need shoes with traction. Football shoes are recommended. Sweat pants, football pants or regular shorts during practice and games. No jeans, baggy pants, or baggy shorts will be allowed in practice and games due to flags being grabbed. |

Basketball
Basketball Shootout: This program is designed as an organized drop-in league. The program is for ages 12 to Adult. the players will be divided into teams and the games will be scored and refereed. The games will be played at the Sports Park.
