Amenities Access and Information

Resident RFID Amenity Access Cards

To access Association amenities, eligible homeowners, tenants, and authorized household members must obtain an RFID amenity access card in accordance with the Association's adopted policies.

Each eligible resident age 12 and older must have their own RFID card.

Cards are issued through the Community Center during regular business hours.

Homeowners

The first RFID amenity access card issued to an eligible homeowner or household member is provided at no charge.
Replacement cards are subject to the Board-approved replacement fee.
Adult household members age 25 and older who are not property owners may be required to provide residency verification and pay the applicable administrative credentialing fee in accordance with Association policy.

Tenants

A current lease agreement must be on file with the Association.
All occupants requesting RFID cards must be listed on the lease agreement.
Tenant RFID access is subject to the Association's Amenity Access RFID Card Administrative Credentialing Fee Policy and expires upon lease expiration or the applicable access term, whichever occurs first.
Adult tenants age 25 and older may be required to provide residency verification in accordance with Association policy.
