Amenities Access and Information

To access community amenities, all homeowners and tenants must have a resident RFID access card.

RFID cards will automatically update access privileges once assessments are paid in full. Cards can be obtained by visiting the community center office during regular business hours. Each resident, including children ages 12 and older, must have their own card.

Homeowners

The first RFID card is provided at no cost.
Replacement cards are $10.00 each.

Tenants

A current lease agreement must be on file to receive a card.
RFID cards expire at lease end and must be renewed annually.
RFID cards are $10.00 each.
Replacement cards are $10.00 each.
