Please note that merchant vendor fees apply to all online payments:

• 3.5 % fee for payments made by credit or debit card.
• $2.99 fee for payment made by e-check.

Please make checks or money orders payable to “VWOA”. Mail to either address below.

Be sure to include your address or account number on your check/money order.

If you have multiple addresses, please note them on your check/money order. 

  

Pay in office with check or money order during regular business hours.

 

After regular business hours, you may drop your payment off in the drop box between the front door and office windows.

 

If you’re experiencing extenuating circumstances or need additional time to pay your association dues, you can request a payment plan through the Spectrum Association Management website.

1. Visit SpectrumAM.com
2. Click “Pay Bill”
3. Select “Request a Payment Plan” and complete the required information.

If approved, you’ll receive a payment plan agreement within 3–5 business days. To activate your plan, please sign and return the agreement within 5 business days.
