Amenity Rentals

We offer facilities rentals for special occasions such as birthday parties, baby showers, weddings, etc. for residents in good standing.*

 

The following facilities require reservation for special events:

• Community Center Hall
• Sports Park Pavilion
• Community Center Pool

NOTE: All rentals must be booked at least fourteen (14) days in advance. Please be sure you review the reservation checklist prior to booking.

 

*Homeowner must be current on any/all assessments/obligations owing to the Villages of Westcreek Owners’ Association. If you are a tenant, the owner from whom you are leasing/renting must be current on any/all assessments/obligations owing to the Villages of Westcreek.  If not, you cannot rent or use any of the facilities or amenities.
