Community Yard Sales
Yard Sale Guidelines
- Monthly yard sales are held the second weekend, 7:00AM–7:00PM.
- The Association will post community signage in advance.
- Register by 5:00PM the Thursday before the sale weekend to have your address advertised.

Signage Requirements
- Maximum of three (3) commercially produced signs (no homemade signs permitted)
- Max sign size: five (5) square feet
- Signs may not be placed on boxes, trees, street signs, mailbox clusters, fences, utility poles, or VWOA common property
- Signs may be displayed starting at 12:00PM the day before the sale
- Signs must be removed by 9:00PM on each sale day
- Placement allowed:
- One (1) sign at the nearest major intersection
- Two (2) directional signs guiding to the home

- Not allowed on streets, sidewalks, or driveway aprons

Community Estate Sales
Estate Sale Guidelines
- Estate sales can run 7:00 AM–7:00 PM for a maximum of five days.
- Sales may take place in the driveway, lawn, garage, or home.
- Sale dates must be reported to the VWOA office (210-679-8761) before day one.
- Any extension beyond five days requires VWOA approval.

Protect Your Pets from Getting Lost
Keep your furry friends safe with these simple tips:
- Microchip your pet: A microchip helps identify your pet if they get lost.
- Use ID tags: Make sure your pet wears a collar with your name, phone number, and address. GPS trackers are also an option.
- Leash your pet: Always keep pets on a leash when outside.
- Teach recall: Train your pet to come when called.
- Stay alert: Watch your pet and surroundings—leave areas that feel unsafe.
