Estate Sale Guidelines
- Estate sales can run 7:00 AM–7:00 PM for a maximum of five days.
- Sales may take place in the driveway, lawn, garage, or home.
- Sale dates must be reported to the VWOA office (210-679-8761) before day one.
- Any extension beyond five days requires VWOA approval.
Signage Requirements
- Maximum of five (5) commercially produced signs (no homemade signs)
- Max sign size: five (5) square feet
- Signs may not be placed on boxes, trees, street signs, mailbox clusters, fences, utility poles, or VWOA common property
- Signs may be displayed starting at 12:00PM the day before the sale
- Signs must be removed by 9:00PM on the final day
- Placement allowed:
- Two (2) signs at the nearest major intersection
- Three (3) directional signs guiding to the sale
Sale items may not be placed on sidewalks or driveway aprons.
