Planning a home improvement project in the HOA?
You’ll need to submit a Property Improvement Application (PIA) through the Spectrum Homeowner’s Portal here.
Important: The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) has up to 30 days to review applications.
Plan your project timeline and contractor work accordingly.
How to Apply
- Create a homeowner portal account – You’ll need your account number.
- Gather required documents
- Plat Map / Lot Survey (do not mark the original)
- Supporting documents (view requirements)
- Submit your application for ARC approval here.
