Planning home improvement projects in the Homeowner’s Association (HOA)?
 
You will need to submit a Property Improvement Application (PIA) on the Spectrum Homeowner's Portal Here.
 
NOTE: The ARC has up to 30 days to review and decide on your application. Make sure to factor in this timeline when planning your project and/or working with a contractor. 
 
Application Process
  1. Create an account on the homeowner’s portal. You will need your account number.
  2. Obtain required documentation
    • Plat Map/Lot Survey (do not mark or draw on original copy)
    • Supporting Documents (click here to view requirements) 
Apply here for approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC)!
