Planning a home improvement project in the HOA?
 
You’ll need to submit a Property Improvement Application (PIA) through the Spectrum Homeowner’s Portal here.
 
Important: The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) has up to 30 days to review applications.
Plan your project timeline and contractor work accordingly.
 
How to Apply
  1. Create a homeowner portal account – You’ll need your account number.
  2. Gather required documents
    • Plat Map / Lot Survey (do not mark the original)
    • Supporting documents (view requirements)
  3. Submit your application for ARC approval here.
