Community Manager

 

The Community Manager assists and conducts community business on behalf of the Board of Directors in accordance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, the Bylaws, and applicable laws and ordinances. They are responsible for the management of the office, community relations, providing support to the committees, performing financial transactions, and other duties as directed by the Board of Directors.
 

Assistant Community Manager

 
 
The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for supporting the Community Manager in handling vendor and project management, handling homeowner payments, and providing excellent customer service to homeowners. In addition, the Assistant Community Manager is responsible for maintaining positive community relations and providing comprehensive support to committees, the Board of Directors (BOD), and committee chairs.

The Activities Department plans and hosts year-round events, fitness programs, and recreational activities that bring residents together at the Community Center and Sports Park. This energetic team manages amenities like pools, courts, and rental spaces, creating fun and engaging experiences for all ages.
 
 

Maintenance Department

The Maintenance Department and is responsible for the daily maintenance and repairs of the common areas, structures, and additional needs under the direction of the Board of Directors and Management. The Maintenance Contractor supervises the maintenance crew and actively enhances the beautification and value of our neighborhood.
